How Sacred handles founder information.

Sacred Tampa collects information to review founder applications, operate applicant accounts, process optional founder-rate lock deposits, and communicate about the first Sacred house.
Information we collect
When you apply or use the founder portal, we may collect your name, email address, preferred membership path, preferred Tampa area, routine notes, optional social media handles or profile links, application status, account activity, and optional founder deposit status.
If you place the optional $50 founder-rate lock deposit, payment details are processed by Stripe. Sacred does not store your card number or full payment credentials.
How we use information
We use applicant information to review founder fit, communicate founder updates, understand location and membership demand, operate the account dashboard, process optional deposits, respond to support requests, and improve Sacred before opening.
Service providers
We use trusted service providers to operate the site and founder portal, including hosting, database, email delivery, and payment processing providers. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Sacred.
Emails
By applying, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your application, account access, founder updates, deposit status, and Sacred operations. You can contact Sacred if you want to stop receiving non-essential updates.
Data retention
We retain application and account information for as long as needed to operate the founder process, resolve support or payment issues, maintain records, and comply with applicable obligations.
Your choices
You can request updates, correction, or deletion of your applicant information by emailing Sacred from the email address associated with your application.
