The Sacred founder-rate lock deposit is designed to keep trust simple while Sacred forms the founding circle and evaluates the first Tampa house.

What the $50 deposit does

After submitting a founder application, you may optionally place a $50 founder-rate lock deposit. The deposit reserves founder-rate pricing consideration for your requested membership path while your application remains subject to Sacred review and approval.

What the deposit does not do

The deposit does not guarantee membership approval, guarantee access to a specific location, create an ownership interest, or guarantee that final amenities, timing, membership terms, or pricing details will be identical to pre-opening plans.

Credit toward first month

If your membership is approved and Sacred opens under location, timing, and membership terms that work for you, the $50 deposit will be credited toward your first month.

Refundability

The founder-rate lock deposit is refundable before opening if the final location, timing, membership details, or Sacred approval outcome do not work for you. If Sacred does not proceed with opening the first house, paid founder-rate lock deposits will be eligible for refund.

How to request a refund

To request a refund before opening, email hello@sacredtampa.com from the email address associated with your founder application. Include your name and the email used for your Sacred account.

Processing

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method through Stripe. Bank and card processing times may vary.
