Sacred founder access terms.

These terms govern use of the Sacred Tampa website, founder application, applicant account portal, and optional founder-rate lock deposit flow.

Founder applications

Submitting a founder application does not guarantee membership, admission, founder status, or access to any Sacred facility. Applications remain subject to Sacred review, operational fit, capacity, location, timing, and final membership terms.

Founder-rate lock deposits

After applying, applicants may optionally place a refundable $50 founder-rate lock deposit. The deposit reserves founder-rate pricing consideration for the selected membership path while the application remains subject to Sacred review and approval.

A paid deposit does not guarantee membership approval, guarantee that a specific location will open, or create an ownership interest in Sacred. If approved and Sacred opens under membership terms that work for you, the deposit will be credited toward your first month.

Pre-opening status

Sacred is currently forming its founding circle and evaluating the first Tampa house. Descriptions of planned amenities, membership paths, locations, programming, hours, and pricing are pre-opening plans and may change before launch.

Applicant accounts

Applicant accounts are provided so applicants can track application status, founder updates, and optional deposit status. You are responsible for using an email account you control and for keeping account links secure.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false information, misuse the site, interfere with the application or payment systems, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in a way that harms Sacred or other applicants.

Communications

By applying, requesting account access, or placing a deposit, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your application, account, founder updates, payment status, and Sacred operations.

Changes

Sacred may update these terms as the founder process, site selection, membership model, and launch plans develop. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
