Does it cost anything to apply?

No. The founder application is free. A refundable $50 founder-rate reserve is optional after applying.

What are the founder and standard rates?

Training is $75 founder / $89 standard, Work is $149 founder / $169 standard, Work + Rooms is $169 founder / $199 standard, and House Key is $199 founder / $239 standard per month. Founder rates apply to the first 12 paid months, saving $168, $240, $360, or $480 respectively over that period.

Does applying guarantee membership?

No. Membership remains subject to Sacred review, capacity, operational fit, and final terms.
