Can I suggest another area?
Yes. The founder application includes a custom-area field for another neighborhood, corridor, landmark, or commute note.
Does the most popular area automatically win?
No. Demand matters, but site feasibility, access, operating economics, and approvals also determine whether an area can support the first house.
